Bet you didn’t expect to find this on a Real Estate Blog, well this is one of my “loves” and I take every opportunity to promote this cause. This is my Greyhound Katy. She was rescued by a wonderful organization Greyhounds Only. If you are considering adopting a dog, there are always plenty of greyhounds looking for a home, and right now there are an overabundance with the closing of the dog track in Wisconsin.
They are very grateful to find a home after their racing careers are over.

Katy and I had a greyt time at the Pet Expo at Arlington Race Track! Katy the attention hound loves all the attention and everyone telling her how beautiful she is. If you missed it, watch for it next year about this time.
If you want to see the greyhounds in person and ask some questions, the Schaumburg Meet and Greet is the second Sunday of the month at the Petsmart at Golf and Meacham Rds. from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Although Katy and I don’t always make it every month, there will be others for you to visit with!
